We try to do our best when it comes to getting you your product in a timely manner.
We offer free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS First Class) when your order reaches a certain value.
Bulk orders (100+) may be sent via a different service level Priority / UPS Ground / UPS 2 Day Air saver depending on costs to us if not otherwise specified, if you have a preferred shipping method, please select it at checkout. If you have a special shipping request please use our contact form.
Managing your address
You can now manage your shipping address inside the My Account page! This is a great way to make sure you don’t have any data entry errors when placing your orders with us. You can opt to create an account when placing an order, which we highly recommend! I know a lot of merchants force you to create an account for limited features, but this will streamline your reorders, order history, tracking and address all in one place. You do not need to create an account to order with us, but it does make it a little easier! Having an account does not effect coupon offers you will receive and will not increase marketing emails from us.
You can also recall your tracking number WITHOUT an account using the Track my Order link.
The new trend of burying tracking numbers or using “shop” to gather all your data is terrible and we’ve tried our best to make it as simple as possible.
Handling
We are currently shipping Monday, Wednesday and Friday while we finish our new facility. We are still doing our service commitment of shipping orders received the same day Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 12pm Mountain Standard Time. Here are some examples:
Order placed Monday at 11am: Ships same day
Order Placed Monday at 3pm: Ships on Wednesday
Order Placed Tuesday at 11am: Ships on Wednesday
Order Placed Wednesday at 11am: Ships on Wednesday
Order Placed Wednesday at 3pm: Ships on Friday
Comparing to current major ecommerce companies, the average handling time for Amazon, Walmart and Home Depot is 4 days. So we are still beating the major companies in handling time. If you have an emergency or rush order you need shipped on Tuesday or Thursday with 2nd day or Overnight service please use our contact form and we are happy to help.

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-7 days
USPS Priority: 1 – 3 days
UPS Ground: 2-4 days
International Shipping
Yes! We ship international. We offer the option for us to prepay duty through our postal software, but lately that option has been hit or miss as trade relationships are being renegotiated. We offer one service level which is standard postal carrier service, which can range between 7-21 days depending on distance, customs house speed and trade relationship.
Our credit card processor has mixed success running foreign credit cards. Please see this page for more information about placing orders internationally with success.
